We have won two gold and one silver titles at this coveted event in our debut participation. The Brandon Hall Group is a globally renowned Human Capital Management (HCM) research and analyst firm, recognizes organizations that set benchmarks in HCM that have successfully deployed programs, strategies, and tools that have achieved measurable results. For evaluation, we submitted comprehensive use cases for each category supported by demo samples, client testimonials, and impact analysis.
This year marked our very first participation, and we applied and won under three categories:
Shriram Finance, one of the largest NBFCs in India, with 79,000+ employees. With a diverse talent pool powering critical functions ranging from frontline sales to leadership positions, placed across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Shriram Finance emphasizes the foundational training and continuous upskilling and has a clear need to scale workforce training that transcends the boundaries of classroom formats, single language, and time constraints.
With our Blended learning model, Shriram Finance has noted that, 83% of its employees (61,955 out of 74,645) are enrolled in the program, demonstrating high levels of engagement and interest.
With an impressive 83% enrollment and a 40% certification completion rate, the program demonstrated significant engagement and knowledge retention, which are key indicators of success. These results were compared to industry benchmarks to evaluate the program’s effectiveness and understand its relative performance.

Epsilon Carbon needed eLearning modules to educate their 500+ employees on prevention, raising awareness, and equipping them with tools to identify and report child labour.
The course has drawn together several aspects of engaging storytelling, real-life scenarios through field operations, interactive decision-making exercises, and clear policy reinforcement. The custom content module has aligned with Epsilon Carbon’s needs to ensure that their employees can act with confidence when faced with ethical dilemmas during day-to-day operations.
